If your injury or condition originated at work, you have opened a workers’ compensation claim with your company. We accept most all workers’ comp plans with a valid referral from your doctor or Urgent Care facility.
Common Carriers Include: Gallagher Bassett, Segwick, York, Allied Managed Care, Tristar, Travlers and more.
Auto Accident or Personal Injury Insurance
If your injury or condition was the result of an auto accident, you may be looking to utilize your car insurance, or the other driver’s car insurance to cover your medical expenses. The coverages vary on each auto policy and the responsible insurance party for your injuries may vary depending on the details of the collision.
We accept most forms of auto coverage, such as Medical Payment Coverage (or “Med Pay”), Uninsured or Underinsurance Motorist Coverage (or “UI”), cases on a Medical Lien (through a personal injury attorney), and more.
Faith Based Health Sharing Plans
These types of plans aren’t technically insurance, yet the function very similarly. Typically they ask the patient to pay up front and then submit his/her receipts or superbills (provided by us) to them for reimbursement. We’ve actually seen patient have good coverage and success with these types of plans for our care.
